Refund policy

The return policy of MBM Destroyit is on a Case-to-Case basis as per the issue. In case any damage to the product is noticed, please call us at (800) 992-5279 or write us an email at sales@clarybusinessmachines.com.

All items are to be inspected upon delivery by the customer, and any freight damages are to be marked as 'damaged' on the Bill of Lading (BOL). All returns are subject to a restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for shipping the product back.

Before sending the product, please pack it securely, as refunds are considered only for returns that reach our warehouse undamaged and in the condition in which they were delivered. On arrival, our warehouse team conducts an inspection of the returned product, and the refund is issued once it passes this inspection. Products affected by improper packaging or customer handling are not eligible for a refund. The Return window (amount of time a customer has to return a product) is 30 days.
